My Passion

If you’ve tried different diets and weight loss methods before and felt restricted, deprived, and unfulfilled. I get it, we have all been there. If you are a mom, wife, or anything in between I know that you’ve got so much on your plate already. You take care of everyone else and don’t often take care of what you need. I want to help take some of that off of your shoulders- I don’t want you to stress about eating, meal planning, and everything in between. I want to make the process easy and manageable for you. I want you to live your best life, enjoying the foods you love without deprivation. That’s why I created Why Eat Wise. In my programs you will learn to say goodbye to fad diets and restriction live more fully without dieting ever again.

Some Why Eat Wises

When you miss a workout or don’t eat like you thought you “should have” , you haven’t screwed up. Welcome to the club of being human.

Stop telling yourself you need to do all things. Start small, get good at one thing, then start the next. Then, you’re always moving forward.

Do not ever let your weight define your day.

Stop overthinking and start doing. Wait..am I underthinking? Shoot. What should I be doing? How do I do it? Oh boy, here we go again..
